1. Website Use

2. Product Information & Tolerances
We make every effort to display product descriptions, sublimation colors, and material textures accurately. However, variations in screen settings, fabric dyeing batches, and standard manufacturing tolerances (+/- 3%) may cause minor differences. Product specifications and fabric availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Quotations and Orders
A price quotation is not a binding order until product specifications, quantities, logo placements, sizing breakdowns, shipping estimates, and payment terms are officially confirmed. USAXSPORTS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if provided information is incomplete, pricing contains errors, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Custom Artwork & Proof Approval
The client is solely responsible for thoroughly verifying player names, jersey numbers, pant sizes, collar styles, pantone colors, and spelling prior to approving 2D artwork proofs. Once production begins following client approval, alterations or order cancellations cannot be accepted. The customer confirms they own or hold explicit permissions for all submitted logos, crests, and trademarks.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Import Duties
Quotations exclude destination taxes, customs tariffs, import duties, bank transaction fees, and shipping costs unless explicitly specified in writing. Import duties and local processing charges imposed by destination customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Payment Terms
Manufacturing commences upon receipt of agreed payments or deposits. Ownership of all goods remains with USAXSPORTS until full payment cleared balances are received.
7. Production & Shipping Timelines
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith. Delays resulting from raw material shortages, artwork revision delays, customs inspections, courier carrier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays are outside our immediate control.
8. Returns and Claims
All claims and replacement requests are handled according to our Return Policy. Custom-manufactured uniforms and private-label apparel cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or materially differing from approved artwork proofs.
9. Intellectual Property
Website structure, original graphics, photos, branding elements, and product text are owned by or licensed to USAXSPORTS. Commercial reproduction or copying without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USAXSPORTS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total financial liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected goods.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's destination country.
